If you have any questions or would like to book an initial consultation or appointment, please contact me via email or use the contact form.
An initial 1 hour consultation is required to assess the needs of all clients before therapy can begin.
If for any reason it is not in my scope to work with a client, I will endeavour to assist in finding a counsellor or therapist more suitable.
All clients must be over 18.
All payments are required at least 48 hours prior to appointment to confirm the session.
All sessions are for 50 minutes.
There is a 24 hour notice period for cancellations prior to scheduled appointment for a full refund to be given. A 50% refund is given for notice less than 24 hours. If a no show, no refund will be given, but this is at my discretion.
