Yoga Therapy

Due to the pandemic, yoga therapy is not available but will resume in 2022.

Sessions are tailored to aid mental health recovery by working physically to release tensions and emotional stress held by the body. Through a personalised practice and meditation and relaxation techniques, these physical movements allows the body to open and relax while raising awareness of the inner self.

Counselling is used alongside yoga to provide a holistic approach for the mind and body and works well for those suffering a number of mental health issues. For those working through stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), bereavement, depression and anxiety, these sessions work well when combined with set counselling sessions.

Sessions are weekly for as long as needed following an initial consultation.

Sessions are £80 for 1 hour in yoga or therapy rooms.
